Title IX Sexual Harassment Training and Procedures
The regulations set forth in the Title IX Sexual Harassment law came into effect in August of 2020. The Lee County School District takes Title IX formal complaints seriously and will follow the laws as outlined in our Board policy and procedures. We are sharing the training videos that we utilize to train our staff in the process of a Title IX investigation. We are also providing our Board policies and procedures as well as a procedural summary document on this page.
If any staff or student feels as though they have been a victim of sexual harassment they may contact our Title IX Coordinator, Mr. David Lyons, for guidance in the process.
