On December 4th, Lee County ATC’s students visited the new Maysville Community and Technical College's Technical Campus in Rowan County. The purpose of the trip was to expose students to advanced careers and post-secondary educational opportunities. Mr. Hill the Welding Instructor and Mr. Lucas Auto Instructor took interested students to the new state-of-the-art facility which is located in the John Will Stacy - MMRC Regional Business Park, just off of I-64, Exit 133 and North on Hwy 801.
Some of the programs the students got to visit: Welding Technology, Construction Technology, Automotive Technology, Diesel Technology, Electrical Technology and Air Conditioning Technology.
